Barney Corrigan has more than 30 years experience in the planning. Barney joined the Team from his position as Planning Manager at Dickinson Dees to lead the Newcastle office.

Previously he has worked in both local government at the former Tyne and Wear County Council and Gateshead Council, and in industry. The broad range of experience Barney has is complemented by expertise in project management, environmental assessments, mineral extraction, waste disposal and recycling. This particular expertise means that he is often asked by a number of North East Planning Authorities to advise on environmental issues.
