Katie Wood

Katie joined BHP Develop from Northumberland County Council where she was a Senior Planning Officer. In this role she was contracted to assist in the development control work and function for both Northumberland National Park and Berwick Borough Council.

She also previously worked for Allerdale Borough Council in Cumbria and has a total of 10 years experience working at local government level.

She has gained extensive experience of assessing and determining development control matters at District level, including applications relating to residential and commercial development, as well as applications relating to minerals and wastes sites.
